"Although our stay was only for a few days, the staff at the entire resort was very helpful and friendly! From the front desk, to the bellhops, housekeeping and the restaurant servers. The room was comfortable and clean. The food at the a la carte restaurants were very good and the buffet had lots of variety. The best part was the stunning beach! Lots of chairs even when we didn’t start our beach day until noon! While there was no beach service for drinks, it wasn’t a big deal. We brought a large insulated cup and filled up at the bar. All in all we really enjoyed Viva Azteca would absolutely at this resort again for longer!!"
