This place is definitely beautiful. You get to see so many different sea animals. There are always sharks swimming around the beach. Therefore, you don’t need to go far out just to see some if you can’t swim. I like how it’s quiet and there’s no kids. The ocean villa with a pool is great but I do notice some difference in the pool. Some are rough near the outside which makes it hard to sit or lean on for pictures while others are smooth. This resort makes you forget the long flights and makes it so worth it. From arriving to Male airport to going to the lounge and the beautiful seaplane transfer and views, and then having a host and everyone being super helpful and nice. Totally recommend this little piece of heaven....
Komandoo is amazing. We stayed in the jacuzzi water villa (Eagle Ray 4) and it was wonderful! With air conditioning, wifi, tv, and plumbing it has all the modern amenities along with giant windows, a huge deck with chaise lounges/table and chairs/day bed, rain shower, and jacuzzi tub.
