Excellent hotel with very comfortable beds and an amazing breakfast, friendly staff

Staff was very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed a week and it felt like home! Large pool, and gym. Which were clean and very usuable. There was a horse track across the street, but it was not loud and it did not dictract me from my sleep.

I based my booking on the free airport shuttle. The hotel exceeded my expectations! We arrived by train. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the train station. There's a short section walking along a busy road (no sidewalk, but a trail), but an easy walk. The hotel room was basic and clean. Comfotable bed, spacious bathroom, some rooms have balconies. There is an elevator. The staff is fabulous! I thought they really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We booked dinner...

Great place on a pond. Good breakfast included. Good Location , easy access to milan and the northern lakes.

Great place to stay night before flying

Always stay every year. And reasonable price and clean and comfortable

Walk out of terminal 2 and across street and your there. After a long day traveling I was glad not having to take another shuttle or taxi. Check in was super easy .there is a bar and food right there in lobby. Yes the food was pretty good.

Room was great and the hotel in general was very nice and quiet. Breakfast was amazing, they had little bit of everything. We loved it. Only two things I think would make it even better are the bathroom door gives you no privacy at all specially if you’re traveling with kids and second the AC wasn’t strong enough to keep the room cool. Besides that place is pretty good.

The staff was great, the food was amazing and very easy to get to and from the airport with the hotel shuttle. I would stay here again.

Great location, easy shuttle to Malpensa, lovely pool area...too bad we did not have enough time to really enjoy it. Luckily we were there on a Tuesday, so we could enjoy the local market!

We absolutely loved this hotel even though it is quite away from the center of Como. Great, modern, very spacious rooms. Huge table with chairs in the common area, sofa. Super comfortable and relaxing. Super clean rooms, towels are nice and soft, and thick. The deco is great as well, very very pleasing ))). We had 2 bedrooms, one was separate. Room was clean and comfortable. What made our stay great was the staff. Particularly the front desk staff of Matteo and Antonio who helped us with some very challenging tasks, but they stuck with it and helped us complete them. The bar staff were also great-Tomas. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. Value was excellent. Would absolutely stay there again.

Hotel is clean and staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Also close to the airport.
