"The room was so spacious for my family and I. My children were able to accommodate the living room space freely. The only thing I did not like was we paid extra for the premier lounge however upon check in food seemed stale and it took them awhile to replenish. Upon replenishment food was cold and hard. We enjoyed the room but if you are looking at getting the package deal with the premier lounge its not worth it. Food ran out fast and it didnt taste fresh."

"The staff was phenomenal! From check in to check out it was a breeze. The only issue I had really was the electric water pot in the room was not working even after being replaced twice. The bathroom sink stopper got stuck (because the apparatus was old). Both issues were quickly addressed by the staff. The hallway was musty smelling but I chocked that up to being from the hurricane they just experienced."

"I dont know wheather every room is in same sitiation, but MY ROOM is teribble. the room smells so bad with un-dry smell especially window (ocean) side and refrigerator box. even if i opened window and door for several hours the smell doesnt go away. other than that the hotel is basically ok. "
