"Fantastic hotel, excellent staff"

"Great staff and the bed was super comfy.."

"great service and clean rooms"

"Spent one night here before departing from Beijing West Railway station the next day. Its about 15-20 minute walk from the station, I don't think the directions on Expedia are accurate it's not in the North Square which is where their directions took me. Go by the physical address to find the hotel. Otherwise the hotel itself is fine. Nice staff, very helpful and friendly. Rooms are smaller but clean and quiet. I would stay here again for sure."

"The place quite cozy and very clean, staffs are so friendly... I dont have Dudu application.. and the staff help me to order car to airport... She even help me with my luggage.... 2 thumbs up .. "

"Très bien, très bon rapport qualité prix"

"The unit was uncomfortable for us, there are no enough space for 2 people . The size of unit is good for only 1 person. The bedsheet and comforter looks clean but dusty and itchy. The entire property was cleaned. But inside the premises was dusty and itchy. Soon as the morning came, I didn’t stay longer. I have requested refund for my remaining days. The units is not for us. Thank you Best regards"

"値段の割には部屋が狭く、古い。相対的に価格が高く感じる。場所も不便。"

"직원들은 친절했고 시설도 무난했습니다. 베이징 내 갈곳들도 택시 타고 가기 무난합니다."

"The room was good enough for me, all i needed for a solo traveller. No english speaking on reveption tho so need the translator. Not too much within walking distance so good job taxi's are reasonably priced. To be fair everything in beijing is quite far from one another"

"房間可以，清潔可以，早餐可以，服務也好，前台服務也可以！"
