We had a great stay Ulisse hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for getting to our cruise. They offered a shuttle service to the cruise port which really was perfect for us. If you need a hotel to stay at while taking a cruise out of Ravenna this is the place for you. It also a 10 minute walk to the beach if you’re there during the season.
Our reservation was transferred to a better hotel two doors down from this property because of overbooking, and the staff took great efforts to notify us of this change and answer any questions.
You must walk about 30 minutes into the small community for dinner which opens at 7:00 PM. We enjoyed the walk and the food but you must be prepared for a 30 minute walk each way
It's as if we had stepped back in history. The room was so spacious! I chose it because of its quirkiness, I was stunned by the size. Regretted not having a longer stay. The breakfast seemed nice but we had not taken this option. Well situated. Easy walk to many of the shops, restaurants and sites.
Excellent hospitality! Everything was fantastic from the greeting, the room, location and restaurant. But what was very impressive was during a very busy morning breakfast (which was fantastic ) the manager took the time to help us procure a ride to the airport that potentially could have been a problem getting to our flight.

The best part about this hotel is the excellent location, located within walking distance of all the main sights, as well as places to eat and shop. Hotel staff was very friendly, and while the room was a little small, it was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I go back to Ravenna.

We had a very good time at this property. The hosts were very curteous and brought us a bottle of sparkling wine, the included breakfast was delicious (best cappuccinos we had!), and the apartment very clean and well stoked.
