"This hotel was lovely. We had a spacious room with two balconies facing Jungfrau mountain. We could sleep with the balcony doors open for fresh cool mountain air and a great view in August. We did not get bit by insects. The bathtub is phenomenal, long and deeper than mine at home in California. The staff were simply wonderful and helpful. Included breakfast was great. Garden was delightful. I will absolutely stay here again when visiting the Swiss Alps."

"The experience was wonderful from the time we entered the hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant patio was amazing with magnificent view and a delicious menu and their breakfast buffet was nice as well. If we ever return to Mürren, we will be back."

"We knew we wanted a room with a view when traveling to Wengen, in fact we reserved rooms with view for all out Switzerland trip. This was by far the best view for the whole trip. It is funny but I think the hotel actually undersold the view we were going to get from the Jungfrau View room. The room itself is perfectly fine, a little rustic, and there is no AC, but the view is FANTASTIC. Do yourself a favor and book this view, you will be happy you did. Breakfast was great and staff super friendly. Great location and facilities."
