"The hotel and its amenities are just fine. Nothing exceptional because it’s like any other hotel. I requested for daily cleaning as we stayed for 5 days. The first day I had it cleaned, it was good. But on the succeeding days, I noticed that it was only the bed that was being fixed and our towel getting changed. The toilet seat, floor and lavatory was wiped hurriedly because I can still see some dirt we left behind. The floor in the room itself as was even vacuumed. The room is small. I requested for an upgrade to a bigger room, but unfortunately the hotel is fully booked. The bed sheets weren’t changed the whole 5 days we were there. For the breakfast buffet, food was not good. Meat served everyday was tough. All other viands are bland. It was their omelette, fruits and bread that made survive my morning. The hotel sprays a certain scent to make the hallway and rooms smell like fresh but it actually doesn’t. The SPA massage was not that perfect that you want to have it again during our 5 day stay. What is great is the location. The hotel is just 2 minutes walk to the beach. The Mediterranean restaurant nearby offers great food. There are several 24/7 marts is also a plus. Several SPA and massage places around the area. Overall, I find it just fine, anyway, we have been using the hotel room for sleeping as we go out every single day for sightseeing. Staff were friendly and accommodating."
"From arrival the staff we're welcoming and kind, the room was always cleaned well, the breakfast was always good. Location was perfect for the beach and close to restaurants and shops as well as good for trip pickups. Also the view from the bar and pool is amazing.
Would definitely recommend to all to stay here. Respect to the cleaners, catering staff, reception & concierge and all the staff who make the place what it is."

"Room is spacious and clean. One of the front desk staff members, Tu Ngo, went above and beyond to accommodate to our request for help. Everyone was polite and attentive. Breakfast included various types of foods and beverages! The breakfast fruit bar was our favorite. It had anything and everything: dragon fruit, langsat, passion fruit, plum. What a treat. The resort has a beautiful beach front. It is located a bit far away from the center of Da Nang so there is not a whole lot of restaurant options nearby. But it’s a pretty convenient Grab ride to and from the busier area of the city. If you’re looking for a pleasant stay with convenient access to the beach, you can’t go wrong with Koi resort! "
"Extensive breakfast spread. Very large room with the most comfortable bed in Vietnam! Giant TV which was perfectly located in the room.
We absolutely loved the seafood platter at La Plage beachfront restaurant, which was delicious and excellent value. We also love Italian night, the food was delicious!
Only criticism would be that there is not much shade for sun beds around the pool. Also, there are not enough sunbeds."
