Beautiful hotel. The marble lobby is a masterpiece. The bar in the lobby area is a fun place to people watch; allot going on. There’s great food and service at the Venetian Restaurant.

The Arcade and design of the room was truly unique.

I've stayed here a few times and the hotel is always clean and comforting. Nice location for when I'm downtown and never had any sort of inconvenience. They won't cancel your stay so be careful. "no policy exceptions" but that's okay.

The room was above what I expected. We checked in early. Asked if we could watch the race at the bar but they did one better and let us watch on the big theater screen! The staff was very nice and pleasant to us. The small bar on the 2nd floor was great! I would stay again.

We spent 4 nights on the club floor. It was like being on an all-inclusive vacation. Breakfast, lunch, and evening hors d'oeuvres, and then desserts are served for free. Beer and wine are available for free. Mixed drinks are free, but you have to ask the staff. They were very attentive. The club lounge has a fantastic view of the city. The hotel has no spa, but you can get an outstanding massage in your room. We exercised in the fitness center, saw a concert at the House of Blues, went to the...

Love staying in the Aloft Downtown! Cute, clean, & great view of the river!

Beautifully appointed mansion in the heart of Case Western Reserve, virtually next door to the art museum and botanical gardens. A fine french restaurant, Albatross, is 100 yards away. Rooms are clean and very quiet; good breakfast included.

Such a great hotel. I loved the style and historical pictures. The rooms are spacious and offer a great view of the airport to watch planes landing and taking off.

Wonderful experience. Great location. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast. Wen noted at check out that the deadbolt needed to be fixed and an immediate work order was placed.
