We really enjoyed this hotel. It's not in the center of town but easily walkable. especially along the lake. I really liked the walking trail to the lake and the bike path to the lake. The staff were always helpful and available. Loved the pool and the poolside service with tasty and reasonable snacks. Breakfast was good! I had a spa treatment that was excellent. This has been a hot summer and the AC worked well. I would stay here again for my next trip to Lake Garda.

The most wonderful feature of this hotel is its unbeatable location—right on the shores of beautiful Lake Garda. The main hotel building is full of charm, elegance, and character. Since we needed a larger family room, we stayed in a separate building. My girlfriend and I booked this hotel under the incorrect impression that pets were permitted (we have a large Golden Retriever). The staff apologized when they saw the dog, and told us we would have to vacate our room. They then moved us from the main hotel and relocated us to an upgraded suite away from the majority of the other guests. We are so appreciative the management allowed us (and the dog!) to keep our reservation.

We stayed in the Tosca room. It was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Staff had great recommendations for local dining. We were served an excellent breakfast in our room. Our only regret is that we stayed only one night. Tip: if you’re driving, call the hotel first and give them your license plate number so you can drive through the restricted old town to drop your luggage at the hotel before going to off-site parking.

This hotel is located right at Lake Garda's waters, and offers beautiful mountain and lake views. The room was exceptionally clean. We checked in about 2 hours early with no problem. We could not drive directly to the hotel's door, so we parked on the street and walked to the hotel. They offer a very nice buffet breakfast with hot and cold foods. Once there, the desk clerk told us how to get to the parking garage. I would highly recommend this hotel.
