" The rooms are a nice size. Staff speak English well. Beds were comfortable. Ate at restaurant. The breakfast was good. Dinner has a good menu and food is good. The location is close to the old town core, Plaza de Armas. You can walk it, subway or take a taxi/ride share from the hotel location for a minimal cost. The taxi, what we used, was $15.00 Canadian the subway now accepts foreign credit cards for purchase of subway tickets that started in March, 2026"

"This is an excellent hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are up to date and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is well worth the price. Location in Providencia is near Tobalaba metro station, shopping at Costanera and MUT shopping centers, and several excellent independent restaurants."
