"I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues "

"Glasson lakehouse hotel is a lovely place to stay. The decor is beautiful, the staff are excellent, particularly Patrick. He went above and beyond to welcome us. The food lets it down a little, not a lot of choice. "

"Really enjoyed our stay in Athlone Springs in what turned out to be different circumstances that what we were supposed to be in town for. The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to look after our needs. The pool was a great service and one our little man really enjoyed. If we are back in that part of the country we would not hesitate in staying there."
