And I asked for water to be refilled and they never came had to follow up.
When I went to check out. I asked 20 mins before to come checkout and took forever when I was already late."
"The room was very clean, the staff friendly, and the hotel is spot on. It's located in the center of the tourist district so if you want peace a quiet, this might not be the place for you, but if you're looking to be walking distance from everything than keep this place in mind. The shower was amazing! Great water pressure and temperature on point. Room had A/C and it was very comfortable. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Only thing to keep in mind is that you are one block away from Parque Lleras so the area at night will be filled with "service" workers."

"Best hotel we’ve stayed in Medellin. Staff is fabulous 100% super friendly and knowledgeable of where to visit. Location is walkable to malls, restaurants, parks, public transportation and cafes.
Rooms are extremely clean. Bed was super comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Medellin. We stayed 8 nights. Food was amazing. Eating upstairs with a gorgeous views of the city. Gym was fantastic. Spa was brilliant."
