A lovely family run small hotel. Beautifully finished and very friendly & helpful.

Excellent hotel, exceeded my expectations. Room fixtures and appliances are modern, staff is friendly and hospitable, complimentary drinks and snacks in the fridge, good breakfast, walking distance from the train station, 2 supermarkets nearby. I enjoyed my stay. Check-in is at the restaurant/shop counter

Family owned and run. They asked to have me give them an estimate for arrival, which was to be able to have someone available to show me the amenities and take me to my room. I did not explore the amenities after that. The location was a convenient 5 minute walk from the Mezzolombardo station (local train line).

The Hotel Fontanella was the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was positive and professional, the food was great (we had breakfast and dinners there). There was a great bike room for me to store my mountain bike and to assemble and disassemble it. The hotel was also a convenient walk to the lake and to the town. Everything about the hotel was great. The restaurant not so good.

I felt welcome from the moment I walked in - was greeted by my name. Host knew we were coming !! Room was large, Balcony had wonderful views, very clean and Dinner and Breakfast were excellent ! We will MOST DEFINITELY came back and recommend this wonderful, family-run hotel to everyone.

This was a great hotel to stay at as an Xterra Games athlete. Close to everything down in the athlete village, but then in town as well. Perfect location. Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent!

The hotel is extremely nice & I had a very nice breakfast prior to opening because of my early transportation.

The property was very nice and secure. Breakfast was included and consisted of fresh croissants and meats, three varieties of each. Coffee, tea, bread and jams were in the room upon arrival. The woman running the place was very friendly and helpful. For those unfamiliar with northern Italy's roads, they tend not to always be the straightest, but the view made up for this slighr inconvenience. If we didn't have a schedule to keep, I would have sat on the balcony and looked at that view all day,...

Very nice hotel in Tramin. Easy access to the wine route. Great included breakfast. Staff are very helpful. Checkin is 3pm. If you are coming earlier, you should make prior arrangements. We showed up at 1300 just to drop off luggage and found all the doors locked.
