"Staff are lovely here, nothing too much trouble. Location is beautiful, amazing sunset from balcony area over the islands and Adriatic. Beds super comfy, very clean, great beach area and very easy to travel to old town. Breakfast was great, good choices of food and lovely coffee. Would definitely stay again."
"When we arrived we were told we were staying in the Neptune hotel which was the next entrance along, there are a few hotels in the same complex. Everything at the hotel was fabulous. Great breakfast selection and even glasses of fizz. The spa was great, I had a chocolate body scrub and my friends had massages, really reasonably priced and great facilities, indoor pool, sauna, steam room. The rooftop 18+ bar had amazing ocean views, relaxing music, cocktails and good food, I had the salmon poke bowl which was great. "

The staff are so friendly and helpful, so much to choose from for breakfast, everything is fresh. Would highly recommend the Dubrovnik palace, such a wonderful hotel we didn’t want to leave, cannot wait to return. "

"Fantastic property with lots of amenities and easy bus link to the old town and restaurants in Lapad. Pool and spa were fantastic and the buffet breakfast amazing. Maro World (when open in season) was great for the kids as well. Only slight blemish was the smell of cigarette smoke that permeated through the hotel room corridors which was really quite unpleasant, but I’m not sure what could be done about that. "
"Lots of stuff around but closed due to when we travelled. We expected that. We got the hot tub room as a treat during our travels. It was disappointing it wasn’t hot for our arrival because of our intentions. "
