"Was very nice hotel in great location"

"The staff are great. My concern, the total if possible be white instead of light gray color."

"Loved the place it was clean and cozy. Stayed in an apartment for 4 people it was excellent "

"Would stay here again!! Customer services is great"

"Free beer water and juice waiting in refrigerator made for a very happy arrival"

"Clean apartment! Our stay was awesome."

"Missing freezer, a bench for luggage and tv connected to internet in the room. Everything else as expected. Nice cost-benefit."

"Clean. Perfect stay if road trips with car. Fast check in and out. Close by highway. "

"Excellent apartment and location. The check-in support and communication of the owner was flawless. The apartment may only need a security chain behind the entry door because I do not trust very much electronic locks."

"Nice clean room. Staff were helpful. Lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets within walking distance as is Legazpi metro station which is 100 meters away. In view of all of that the hotel was quiet…"

"Great place on the outskirts of Madrid. 5 minutes from the Metro and 10 minutes on the Metro to the centre of Madrid. Very residential area. Flat 12 was ideal with a large balcony to watch the local world go by at night. 150 pounds deposit which wasn't expected but not a hassle! 20 euros for a taxi to the airport. Well worth it. Thanks to the owners for letting us stay."

"I liked the price, the cleanliness, the door to the capsule gives some privacy, and the location."

"Hassle free check in/out Helpful staff Clean studio"

"Seemed freshly renovated. It's small but if what you're looking for is a bed and a bathroom/shower, it's really good for the price. The sound from the street was very noticeable, so it's a good thing, that the hostel provides earplugs free of charge"

"Está pensado para que las personas se sientan a gusto."

"We book apt with AC, but the AC didn’t worked. Try to contact staff but reply was poor and non-sense, they want us to try technical electric solutions by our self - after 2 replies at 10pm they ghosted and re-appear after 10am the next to try to solve - but we already check out - worst customer service experience"

"Ubicación en un barrio poco deseable, pero lo peor es la atención al cliente, llegue por la noche y en mi habitación solo había una sabana en la cama, sin edredón, como no hay nadie allí, me dijeron que al dia siguiente me traerían un edredón y nunca llego, pase 2 noches durmiendo con frio. Terrible experiencia"

"We loved our stay, the apartment was a great value, not to far from the action at a moderate price. It was easy to move around there's public transportation but we preferred cabs. The room was clean and functional and has groceries, and restaurants close by. "

"Great staff. Nice hotel. Secure parking."

"The experience was great! I recommend it highly to anyone. Very clean and the staff was always friendly and very helpful. "
