"Very smooth check in, friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Modern look and feel. Very nice rooftop bar and terrace."

"Clean room. Staff are verry helpfull. Great location next to the Rhine."

"Nice, clean and spacious hotel. Well located 5-10 minutes walk from main shopping and old town areas. Good 3* hotel - decent breakfast, clean comfortable rooms and lift internally. Accessed (as far as I can see) externally only by a short flight of narrow steep steps but not a big deal unless you have severely limited mobility. It may well be they have an alternative route in that situation or staff can help with luggage. Definitely recommend as a good solid (if unexciting) hotel to use."

"Wasn't a fan of the pillows but large room and centrally located. Staff at breakfast were really friendly."

"Room was clean staff pleasant and helpful lovely views from our room. "

The only downside to the hotel was it was along a busy highway and to get to the center you have to walk along this busy highway for a few blocks until you get to the underpass one way or bridge the other way to get over to the center. It was hard to find an hotel in the center, but this hotel did the job as it was on the perimeter."

"Nice property drivable to tourist areas. Nice staff and breakfast "

"After an awkward initial conversation with my host caused by poor communication through hotels.com, and me arriving at a slightly inconvenient time, everything worked out fine. The apartment is a little dated but has everything you need. There is no parking on site but on street parking is available nearby (up the hill!) and very well connected by frequent buses into the centre of the beautiful old town.
