"Property is located next to Seokchon lake. Very nice area for walking. Also located next to Lotte Tower, where there is plenty of shopping and dining. Also walkable distance to subway lines. There are also many restaurants near the hotel. Stay was comfortable and quiet. Staff were very helpful with all my needs. Room was nice with heated floors. Bathroom was nice as well. Highly recommended."

"Perfect for me as a solo traveler , clean and quiet . Staff very friendly and the room had everything I needed for a 5 night stay . WiFi and aircon perfect and nice touches like water in the fridge . The bedding was very high quality and so comfortable. "The area is close by to Lotte World and can be reached by bus, about 3 bus stops away. There are convenience stores and coffee houses surrounding the property making it very accessible. The train station is along Line 9, with escalator and elevator on all exits."

"Other than having a hard time finding the hotel. Need to find the elevator tucked into the building. This was an AMAZING place to stay for my family of 5. The city suite was spacious and allowed my kids to have a separate room and living room area to hang out. Laundry service was such a huge perk that we really needed. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Close to cheonho station, easy to find. Staff might not speak english but is enthusiastic to help when needed. It's a neighborhood I would recommend to go if looking for places outside hongdae or myeongdong"
