"The lady at Check in was terrible 😢 and rude. The worst part was when I was going out for coffee and gave her the room keys, her reaction are you checking out. I said NO, will be back. "Ideal location for a visit to Juhu Beach area. Staff were fantastic, so friendly. Hotel inside was spotless. Breakfast had a good variety of food both hot and cold. Nice pool to relax away from the madness of Juhu. Nice big room with a view of the beach. Allan and Dwayne never let our glasses run dry by the pool. Airport transfer service was 1st class. All in all, probably the best hotel in the area."
