"Great Location. Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms. Walkable to MixC mall nearby which offers many food options. Steps away from Ludancun Metro Exit. Suggest increasing the number of machines (especially dryer) in the Laundry Room as there was a long queue."

"Always a favorite spot for HQB shopping. "

"I really like the location. It’s very convenient!"

"Incredible staff that always goes beyond the call of duty. A special thanks to chief butler, Faust Hong, who always makes me feel right at home. Dillon, who works in the restaurant is always eager to meet one's every need. Awesome staff and a truly incredible property. I always make the St. Regis my preferred hotel when in Shenzhen!!!"

"Mandarin Oriental is well located between BiJia Mountain and Lianhua Mountain, with walkways directly into both recreational parks. The air quality is superb and the restaurants within the Upper Hills shopping center are also highly recommended by the locals. The Hotel lobby is located on the 78th floor and the reception and guest service staff are outstanding! I have also become a fan of MO as a result of this stay, as the quality of service and the standards they hold are definitely first...

"Clean and tidy hotel in a great great location. Breakfast options were good, amazing and charming service. Surrounded by a lot of commerce just 300-400m walking distance."

"Room is spacious and the hotel conveniently situated near the Laojie MRT station. It is also relatively new and hence clean. It is just next to the 1234Space Mall & Dongmen Pedestrian Street. For travellers to Hongkong, the hotel is just 2 stations away from the Luohu terminal station. Overall, it is a good place to stay in Shenzhen."

"Very plush hotel in Shenzhen CBD. Huge room with big floor to ceiling windows and an exceptionally comfortable Emporer size bed! Very good value. Only 1 night unfortunately , but would stay again next to time Shenzhen."

"Dated decors. We stayed in a panaoramic king bedroom and our friend stayed in a premier king bedroom. His bedroom looks newer and air condition works better. The breakfast buffet has an average variety. Hotel is conveniently located near lots of dining and shopping. Also walking distance to Futien train station."

"Excellent location once you find it. It is a bit hard to find. May be helpful if you add the subway exit to your website."

"Great location close to Futian area, clean rooms. Recommend"
