"Stayed there in June 2025. Staff were fantastic. Hotel really good. Only thing I would have slightly criticised was the lack of water heating in the swimming pools. Still able to enjoy a swim, though. Otherwise, I couldn’t fault it at all."

"Great location near the airport. Paid for the hotel to order taxi service from the airport. Was easy and no issues dropping off at the hotel. Be careful as there are two Sofia hotels within a few blocks from each other. Drivers have gotten confused "

"On a quick visit to Crete we stayed here and enjoyed the property. The hotel and rooms were spotless. Breakfast has good warm and cold options with fresh fruit and cafe quality coffee options. Its located very close to the city center of Heraklion, very easy walking to shopping and dining options. The view from our balcony was not great, but we were doing more exploring than sitting in the room. The neighborhood might appear to have some run down areas, but it felt really safe. Would highly recommend this property."
