I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Its location is excellent, for me, it is clean with nice furniture. However, the check-out procedure is strange , the keep guests waiting until some one goes up to check the room and gives clearance to to the receptionist to release the guest with a written paper to the security at the exit door !!!

Mr. Taha the front desk manager was just a very nice guy, room was clean and very nice. I will check again in this property next time in Cairo for sure.

The staff were amazing there! Special shout-out to Ahmed, he was the best and always greeted us with a big smile. This hotel was very nice to stay but amenities definitely a bit older. Would recommend 10/10

The room was very comfortable - spacious, well-equipped, clean and warm, and clear instructions making everything easy to use.

The staff went out of their way to look after me - even letting me know which places offered beer with meals during their month of Ramadan!

We stayed at the Holy Sheet during our recent family trip. The hotel was easy to locate (signage posted on street poles, showing directions to elevator entrance). Once you arrived on the 9th floor, you do have to climb one more set of stairs, but the staff was there to carry our luggage up for us. The rooms were very spacious and had fantastic balconies. Gamal and the team are just amazing. It needs more more upgrade. Specially. The sofas. There were just dirty. The beds were comfy. Best room 102 . Dont take 107. The bathroom is really small. The outside is really dusty. Kids run to you to ask you for money and follow you all the way. Dnt trust people from outside to help you get to the pyramids. Since they are egyptian. The furniture was in excellent condition, the bathroom spacious with constant hot water. I requested additional cleaning and it was done immediately. Breakfast was very tasty, especially the pastries and juice. The place truly deserves its high rating.
