We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour in June 2025 and have no complaints. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The view was spectacular. The bathroom was a bit cramped but the rain shower felt great. They also provide robes which we appreciated when visiting their infinity pool. The Staff tries very hard to please especially on the executive level. The breakfast menu is great. The view is outstanding. The staff is very attentive. It is a very relaxing experience. The lounge is spacious and is an excellent place to sit and relax. Book this hotel every time I am visiting Hong Kong.

Very nice, comfortable, boutique-like hotel in Hong Kong, convenient to metro, buses, shopping, dining, and very close to the harbor.
A few things to note:
- There is no restaurant at the hotel, but lots of options just outside, including a nice little coffee shop with pastries and a pretty good grocery store.
- The pillows on the bed all have plastic wrap on the inside, which makes them not breathable and your head gets sweaty at night. We removed them.

Excellent location close to metro and causeway bay. Access to gym next door and laundry facilities although I didn't use them. Free phone provided as well which was really useful. Seemed secure and had large safe in room as well. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious enough but not huge.
A long time ago, finer hotels would greet you and follow up with you and if one returned numerous times (like we have) they followed up with you and made sure you were taken care of. Edmund is a treasure in our opinion. I have stayed here 5 times in 3-4 months, and if I ever have any type of request, Edmund makes it happen. Other hotel employees may use the scripted "we will do our best and it is based on other factors, etc". Well, if I am flying from San Francisco to Hong Kong, I'm exhausted...

I recently stayed at Hotel Icon in Hong Kong for four nights with my son, and every moment was delightful. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I am kind of lazy, never like to write review. But this one is an exception. I arrived really early at the hotel, at 6am. The staff couldn't check me in but told me they would try best to get me a room soon and told me there was a Dim Sum place close by. Before 10am, I got a call and was told the room was ready...
