Nice area. A little bit of a train ride in, but doable, if going for the typical tourist attractions. We chose because there were 3 of us and wanted 2 beds and more space. Good breakfast and convenient store across the street.

The Milestone is in a class by itself. It provides personalized "old world" service while offering every modern amenity The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping department is outstanding; every area of the hotel is absolutely spotless. Those who work in the restaurant, especially during breakfast, are excellent. We can't wait to visit again!

Everything at The Windermere Hotel was excellent. All of the staff members were super friendly from the emails we exchanged prior to my arrival, to every time I was in and out of the hotel to the breakfast dining staff. My room was cozy and quiet and breakfast (which was included) I really enjoyed. The staff is really the key to this wonderful hotel. I felt so welcomed and I cannot say enough nice things about the hotel's team. Thank you for everything!
interior was fuly upgraded, the annex is walk up and as is customary with quaint townhouses, there are bulding steps first level up and perhaps some units sub level - staff is helpful - they will store bags before and after departure time in main bldg. There is internet standing up station and they will print boarding pass. There is nice new remodeled bathroom - good shower pressure and heat -

Be aware that everything about this hotel is small - it's in a historic building, so the rooms are small, there are only a few of them, the staff is small, and there aren't many extras like common lounge spaces, restaurant, etc.

We had an amazing experience, staff was lovely and very helpful with directions, suggestions, even providing ideas for places to go and visit since day 1! Very convenient location from the airport to the hotel and lot of restaurants around, stores and pharmacies.
I booked this hotel after a problem I had with another one. The hotel was very nice, clean and peaceful. They were able to accomodate us last minute. The room was perfect. Spacious and airy. Nassim was very friendly and caring. She helped me find local places to eat and a place to do laundry. She was always available to help. She made our stay better.
