"This is a fantastic hotel! It's on the south side of Nairobi, reasonably close to the airport. But, it's right up against the National Park; there are restaurants and bars on the third and tenth floor that overlook the park, and you can eat or drink and watch the occasional zebra and rhino and giraffe wander by! We stayed from September 2 thru September 9. It was wonderful the whole time. The restaurant staff was the best. They were always pleasant and helpful. It was kept extremely clean and the food was fantastic. We would recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Nairobi. The rooms were cleaned every day wth plenty of bottled water in the rooms. Whenever any of the staff saw you they made sure everything was ok with you. The pool was beautiful. My only negative was smoking at the pool.
Went there for an agroecology conference; excellent conference venue, but rather isolated from Nairobi; very convenient for the airport! Very friendly, helpful staff and great breakfasts!

The hotel is quite new. Service is perfect. Breakfast is very good. I like the Faith, the receptionist who arranged good safari trip to me. I will definitely come back again as I often travel to Kenya for business.
A gorgeous, comfortable, perfectly situated hotel. Wonderful and friendly staff with amazing service. Restaurants on-site if you don’t feel like heading out but easy to get other restaurants if you do. The staff made sure we were well taken care of. Loved staying here and would absolutely stay again.
