Well designed rooms. Nice atmosphere throughout the property. Communication was sometimes frustrating.

Nice hotel, location decent, brand new. I would say that no cleaning service could be a problem for some, but I enjoy the privacy. Check-in very easy with kiosks and code is emailed to you.

This property was amazing, the sauna was great and the staff were helpful. If you needed assistance, they are happy to help. I will stay here agin when I come back. I normally don’t review but this exceeding my expectations. Kiitos!

Good stay. Rooms are not large but very efficient. Breakfast was great - fresh and hot food.

We weren't sure of the location of the place we wanted to go but the receptionist was very patient and helped us with our questions. She deserves praise. Thank You!

Excellent location close to public transportation, fun shopping and trails.Super friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast to suit anyone's palate. Our room was a bit small and dark, but we had a 6th floor room with a sauna and a balcony so the trade off was worth it!

The staff is incredibly helpful. I arrived late because my flight was delayed, and they were still at the front desk, ready to assist me. The breakfast was the most varied I've ever seen at a hotel, and everything was spotless. The hotel's location is extremely central, making it easy to get around. The morning receptionist was wonderful and shared fascinating stories about what it's like to live through the winter in Finland. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Clean apartment. Easy check in. Easy walk to downtown.

So nice and comfortable, we got everything we need , definitely will stay again

Excellent choice for a short stay in Finland's capital, full of beautiful places close by. The Hotel is an old post and train station office with ample corridors. Buffet breakfast at the restaurant is superb. Coffee was excellent and tasty. Great stay, and the staff were very helpful. Shout-out to Michael at the reception, who helped us out with recommendations on how to get around. Definitely deserves a 10 out of 10. Great communication with clear instructions describing how to locate and access hotel. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and good sized. Will definitely stay again.

Breakfast: - very basic Gym - excellent

Despite being built practically on top of the rail tracks in one of the busiest spots in the city, the hotel is amazingly quiet. Great sound insulation, windows and doors.

Centrally located, close to train station, harbour and market. Clean apartment, well maintained. There is no staff here, they contact you before with info on how to get into your room and the building. Excellent value!

Beautiful hotel, the breakfast is especially wonderful!
