The hotel was very convenient to the airport. There were a lot of restaurants within a walking distance. The staff were helpful, though not fluent in English. The rooms were clean. I booked this property three times during my stay in Ho Chi Minh City, mainly due to its proximity to the airport. I suppose if you were doing a lot of sightseeing, a more central location would be desireable.

Very good place to stay, every things is good ,Except one thing: transportation from and to the very near TSN airport so supprise difficult. From airport, old experience taxis don’t recognize this hotel address, because this new street name ,he get lost a while and I paid a agreed 300 k Vnd. From hotel to airport is easier. Hotel don’t take me to airport even I made reservations 1 day in advance, graph will help
This hotel was great! Rooms are small but clean and efficient. The lobby and breakfast were great!! The best part is the 24 hr check in/out! If you check in at 4:30 then you check out at 4:30! I had a late flight so this was great!!

Great location! Room came with washer and dryer as well as kitchen. Slight water leak from the standing shower, every time you showered. Also got access to a gym, which could be cleaner. Service, especially from Dang, was great!
This is a newer property and has all of the modern amenities of a 5-star hotel. I have stayed at other New World properties in Shanghai and Beijing and had high expectations. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a room on one of the Residence Club floors. Because of this, I was invited to enjoy my breakfast in the lounge. The space offers indoor and outdoor seating with views of the city.

Honestly easy to find it’s in an alley way but not to hard to find the place! I would definitely come back the staff were so nice and amazing!! Also loved the fact we were able to get laundry service done for free too!
