Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Wonderful staff, incredible food, clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful views! Lots of stairs and steep narrow roads so not the best place for people with mobility issues. We loved it and highly recommend!

while the weather was beyond anyone’s control, I had such a cozy stay and was perfect for the R&R that I needed. The grounds, the room and the entire property was so delightful though there were other guests. I don’t think I saw even one! It was truly so lovely in the rooms. I think everyone was cozied up by their fires during the rainy evenings. Perfect location. Great breakfast. Easy parking. Great services. Very clean and safe. Hot tub and pool were welcome after long hard hike in mountains of Madeira. Walkable area.

Small hotel in good location with lovely views. Just a 10 minute ride to town centre, but plenty of shopping and cafes nearby.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days in mid July. The hotel is wonderfully situated with views of the sea and/or the garden from many rooms and nice facilities. It's a very pretty property with secure parking and a lovely lobby. The old town is a bit far away, if you're walking, but the promenade is just down the hill and you can walk in each direction. While I did love staying in this hotel, there were two drawbacks. This was our least favorite breakfast of our two week stay in Portugal...

Liked location. Would have appreciated a map to designate the walkways up to the shops near the Savoy Palace. Easy walk and lots of options.

We visit this hotel for the second time and both times very satisfied with our stay. The personnel is very friendly and helpful, rooms are very clean and with modern design, facing mostly partially the ocean. Hotel design is modern and practical, food is extraordinary, a lot of amenities are available - as free group classes at the pool,spa center and entertainment after dinner. It is really a feeling to have vacation in the paradise.

We stayed there 8 nights in a superior room. The room was nice and clean. We could have better view from the balcon but it was ok. The stuff was always very kind and helpful with us. The breakfast was excellent with everything you wish. Around the swimming pool was enough sun beds and was never crowded. Actually we prefered to stay at the Miramar hotel swimming pool ( less kids and less people there ) The pool bar is great with friendly stuff. Great prices there! Don't miss the Happy Hours...

Amazing infinity pool, great restaurants, right on water.

People need to know that they have to bring swimming shoes to go swimming on the beach. It is rocky and sharp.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. The rooms are very spacious, well-equipped, and have comfortable beds. Great location! There are plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. So far, the best All Inclusive we'd ever been to, considering the overall atmosphere, nice marina with choices of fishing or whale watching tours, great sandy beach right in front of the hotel (which is very rare thing on Madeira island!), fun evening entertainment, snd a very good choices of food!
