"We just stayed here for 4 nights, and I've gotta say it was an amazing visit. The hotel was in a great location, easy to get a bus or taxi from, or a nice stroll into town. The hotel had plenty to keep you occupied day and evening, and the food was amazing."
"Enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. We didn't get off to a great start when we were unable to use our bathroom facilities due to some work/maintenance on the plumbing. It was 2 hrs before the work was done and it was inconvenient. Otherwise the hotel was very enjoyable. I especially want to note that your concierge had the day off when we needed some assistance with our return and flights and Diego stepped in to help us. Wow! He was fantastic! You should make him a concierge! He was patient, helpful and helped us through a problem with the airline until it was resolved. What an exceptional staff member!!!
The location is great and was well sheltered from a sometimes busy and loud St Julians district. I would definitely stay again (minus the plumbing problems!)."
"Our room was lovely. We specifically asked for a quiet room as we heard on some reviews things can be loud due to the club district. The staff were very accommodating and nice. The cleaner staff were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and there were many vegetarian options. The indoor pool was so fun and nice. The rooftop pool has a gorgeous view of St Julian’s and we spent a lot of time there. It’s conveniently located in the shopping complex so anything you need is here. And if you are looking to party there are a lot of clubs in the area. Overall 10/10. Slay!!"
"The staff was friendly and the rooms were ok but there was a giant construction going on on the other side of the street and the noise was continuous and terrible. We could not relax at all. The area is full of construction and that makes it quite challenging."

Check-in was underwhelming. We arrived early and nobody offered help with luggage or directed us to storage. We were also given two different hotel info sheets with conflicting bar/café times. Guest services said they’d clarify and get back to us — 5 days later, we’re still waiting. Most useful information actually came from other guests.
Very little was explained about what was included in “all inclusive”, and not everything is. Guests must wear a wristband throughout the stay to identify prepaid drinks, which felt a bit impersonal.
The room was basic but functional. Housekeeping was inconsistent — some days teas/coffees and glasses were replaced, other days not. Air conditioning didn’t work properly. Corridor carpets on the 5th floor also looked very worn and dirty.
Breakfast was average, but buffet lunch and dinner were disappointing and felt mass-produced. Also worth noting that all-inclusive drinks are mainly non-branded. For example, Captain Morgan and Pepsi was chargeable, while only house rum was included.
The Asian and Moroccan restaurants were very good, although extra cost.
A standout member of staff was Chrissy in the hotel shop, who was more helpful and informative than anyone at reception.
