"The entire staff, English speaking and nonspeaking, is incredibly helpful and attentive. My family and I had an amazing time there to relax and unwind. They have multiple onsens available to male and female guests and they change the availability throughout the day. The food was an amazing dining experience as well. "The Hotel was very good for what it was… a dated 4 star theme park hotel. I booked the Mt Fuji view room but it was too cloudy to enjoy the view (no one’s fault) … the onsen was closed too which I might have missed a notification about. The room itself was well maintained, we had a sofa bed extended out for my daughter… so it was slightly cozy but comfortable. Importantly it was clean and everything worked like it should. We enjoyed the fact that it had private access to the Fuji Q theme park with discounted full-day passes. Staff were helpful, very good."

"Booked in for an overnight todo Fuji-Q and explore the area with 2a/2c. Hotel is clean and staff were helpful with my limited Japanese. The Buffet Breakfast was tasty with an offering of hot and cold options. We stayed in the family room the beds were comfy and clean and offered,USB-C,USB-A and 110v for each bed (2 of each for the double bed 1 on each side ). Only downside is the room is a bit small with limited luggage storage options and even with only weekend backpack and roll away carryon bag we were a bit cramped."

Value for money hotel. Just that some of the Breakfast Buffet food is only labelled in Japanese, thus need enquiry from staff about content and ingredients."
