Sweta as pur butler was amazing and ensured we had a great stay and went the extra mile for the kids. Nilesh on concierge was fanstastic as were his team.

Breakfast was at times busy but we always went at peak time and its full occupancy.

"The Four Seasons is a gorgeous well located hotel in Mumbai. They are more than 70% through their renovation program. While there are aspects of the old Four Seasons that I miss, the new decor is sumptuous… as one would expect from Four Seasons.
The service is attentive and personalised.
