"Hotel was really well located. Very central to Krakow old town. Property was clean but the bed room carpet was dated and view out of the window wasn’t great. Otherwise very comfortable beds, nice and clean big showers. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice but little expensive. Spa was nice but the pool was not narrow. I would recommend it."
"The hotel itself was lovely and the reception staff warm and friendly. A bit disappointed in the restaurant barman. I walk with a walking stick and at that particular time as there was no bar person serving on the ground floor I’d to go downstairs to the restaurant for service. I asked for a tray for my 4 drinks to help take them upstairs in the lift, he didn’t have one to give me so I asked for the assistance of one of the waiting staff. He could not do that. I’d to go back upstairs to the reception area where we seated and ask for my partner and brother to go back downstairs to get them. A bit frustrating. Other than that a fantastic stay with great front team staff. Would definitely recommend to others and would go back."
"Noisy room, just over the recycling and trash so that woke me up at 6:30 am . And the windows on the first floor without screens made it impossible to have any privacy. Plus the coffee maker was constantly out of order."
"We had an AMAZING time in Krakow and I loved every moment of our stay at PURO. We loved the location (quiet but not too far from anything), the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly and the room and amenities were excellent. I cannot wait to stay again 😊"

"Great Hotel located in a very prime location for walking to all the sites that we wanted to visit.
They need to replace their hairdryers
… we were told ALL the handles are broken. It would be nice to have slippers and robes like other hotels of the same caliber provide."
