"Honestly, I was worried because of the reviews I had read about this accommodation, but I have to say it exceeded my expectations. My room was extremely clean, there was hot water, warm lighting, and the location is a huge plus!!! it’s very central. A few steps and you’re in the museum of arts, Quartier des Spectacles , the Palais des Congrès, the VIA RAIL station & much more! There’s a lot of restaurants in the area too. The breakfast is the same every day, and I feel sorry for the students who live here and have to eat the same thing every day, but honestly, I didn’t think it was bad at all. There was coffee, bread, eggs, oatmeal, etc., and the dining area was very spacious. When I arrived, the staff was kind of friendly, and the facilities are well-maintained and easy to use. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a central place to sleep and have everything at a walking distance without spending too many bucks. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay."

"The staff member handling check-in was fumbling and the process did not go smoothly. The following day, upon returning from an outing, the entrance code was not working; when I asked for it to be reset, the staff member responded as if it were no big deal. The room was not cleaned the day after check-in; it was only cleaned on the third day, so I was unable to tell whether cleaning was carried out daily or every other day, and no information had been provided at check-in. Overall, the staff’s customer service skills appear to be lacking."
