The staff were absolutely wonderful. Always smiling, very friendly and accommodating. Food was great, hours of operation were perfect. Beach was just across a quiet road, and had soft sand Esther than rocky bottom. Spa services were nice as well.
Our only awful experiences were related to EXPEDIA and the overwhelming failures of a faltering travel company. We booked our flights months in advance only to find ourselves on standby upon arrival on both our flights to Mallorca and our transatlantic...

Amazing location on the pine walk. Balcony view overlooking the ocean is insane. Room was a bit small though. Staff went above and beyond to help us get a room on the higher floor.
We stayed for 3 nights and truly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. They made sure to have varieties instead of only serving cold breakfast which apparently is common in Mallorca. There are also many restaurants nearby for dinner.

It is a great apartment hotel that have what you need. Gave me a good base for biking. Great setup with the shuttle service too. Made it super easy. Great walk on the trail next to the ocean that takes you down to the beach.

Martha at the front desk made us feel so welcome and accepted! housekeeping kept the place perfect everyday and Eli the restaurant ambassador was always happy and beautiful who made us feel so loved and fed well! Every detail to the room was delightful from the mirrors to the wood crafted handmade toilet seats. I could live in that room forever! The hotel is great, clean and kept in great condition. The breakfast and dinner was amazing, plenty of food with great variety! The beach is right there and we had a balcony overlooking the beach. Great programs offered! Overall amazing!
This was a wonderful place to stay with young children. We are a family of 5 with a 7, 4 and 3 month old baby at the time. Resort was great for what we needed. Beach right outside resort was incredible. Very safe with young children.
The location of this hotel is superb. It sits right on the water, with several restaurants within a short walk. I believe most, if not all, of the rooms have ocean views and a small terrace. Our room had an incredible view directly overlooking the beach, and the terrace was the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise each morning.
There is a fun bar just below the hotel that serves great sangria. The hotel staff were nice and helpful, though not especially outgoing.
