"This hotel is central to all you would want in Seminyak. Abundance of shops, bars and restaurants right outside. Beach a short walk away. The hotel itself was clean, tidy and is blessed with excellent staff. Breakfast was excellent and there was something for everyone. The room we had (3202) was large and the bed and linen were comfortable and exceptionally clean. There are small areas which are in need of maintenance which would elevate the environment. For example fairly old furnishings in room and a smell of drains on occasions from the bathroom. The balcony was spacious and overlooked the quiet garden/pool area. The balcony furniture was basic rattan where if this was better quality could again improve the overall experience and comfort. Unfortunately our room was adjacent to the road to Potato Head and was really noisy at night. The first night I was unable to sleep due to the noise, but a few Bintangs on the second night, allowed for a better sleep! You could literally hear motorbikes as if they were in your room. I think the main noise comes through the balcony doors so if some money could be spent on soundproofing/improving the patio doors, this would make an enormous impact. Staff 10/10."

"I stayed at this hotel for 28 nights in a row, combining business and leisure travel, and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. It is a wonderful hotel with three different pools, a great central location, and yet it is still wonderfully quiet. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the bed is extremely comfortable. I had a standard room, not a villa, and it was more than enough for a long stay. The included breakfast was excellent, with both à la carte options and a small buffet. The staff are the best I have ever encountered. Every wish was fulfilled immediately, everyone was incredibly attentive and welcoming, and I truly felt at home. The hotel also offers a great gastronomic programme with different culinary evenings, including live music. For the quality, service, and location, the price-offer ratio is excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Seminyak for a few nights. I will definitely be back!"

The staff and management are very friendly, welcoming and professional, accommodating guests and making sure their stay is seamless. The rooms are clean, spacious and the beds super comfortable. I’ve stayed here about 6 times by now. I always feel safe, looked after and welcomed. Highly recommend."
