Clean room everything we could want in a short stay. Staff on reception were very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend and stay here again. One of the nicest places I've stayed at and affordable too.
I really enjoyed staying in Holmfield hotel for 2 nights. There are two parks surrounding the hotel which makes you feel like living among the woods, very quiet and mind peace. The bar was perfect and served with outstanding breakfast and drinks. Everything was perfect.
This is a gem of a hotel. Wonderful location, 2 min walk from Leeds train station. Restaurants & pubs close by. Staff is soo helpful & kind, happy. I’d highly recommend. Rooms/ apts are beautiful. Very comfy beds. It’s a retreat from the city & fast paced travel.
Everything about our stay here was great. The staff were very helpful and caring. The room itself was outstanding - even had a view of York Minster. There was a tea service in the room including cookies and chocolates.The breakfast was the typical English breakfast which is a lot of food and it was all delicious. I would gladly stay here again.
Highly recommend this beautiful , cozy place. It is absolutely a lovely, beautiful place to stay and Karen and Adrian are amazing. They go over and above with great hospitality. Excellent service, food was outstanding and the location was perfect for our trip. If we’re ever back in that area, we will stay there again no doubt.

The downside was the food from the bar, which was not up to the Hotel standards. I did talk with the manager and he compensated my meal which was kind. The reason I mentioned this is so that they can improve the cooking method to make the food more palatable.
The two young ladies at the front desk were charming and very, very helpful.
I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who asks.
The family room was lovely. Double bed for the adults and two singles for the teens with s sitting area and desk. Included breakfast had lots of variety. Room was clean and quiet. The restaurant had wonderful food with so many different options and portions were huge. No issue finding space in the car park even though they had an event taking place when we arrived.
