Amazing stay!! Starting with seamless communication with Pauloch prior to arrival due to travel delays and continuing with greetings upon arrival with such a warm welcome. The team was helpful every day, providing delicious breakfast and warm greetings every morning, and wonderful recommendations for food/sight seeing. It’s a beautiful home overlooking Ponta Delgada. There’s a beautiful pool in back and it’s extremely walkable as you are right in the old area all section of the city. Everything is very comfortable.
The property is so peaceful and calm and was such a wonderful experience. We are so pleased with how everything turned out. The pool was immaculate. The food and drinks were delicious. The staff was kind and patient and were wonderful at every turn. The golden retrievers that are on the property are so sweet as well.
Overall, we had an excellent time and would love to return.
My first trip to Lisbon and the Azores was most pleasant. The hotel I stayed at had marvelous facilities; the staff were some of the best I've ever encountered. The view was magnificent, and the patio was perfect for relaxing and getting some rays, while the magnificent views from the patio of the countryside were like a dream, yet real.
The food was great, and to top it off, the hotel provided rental car service at a reasonable rate. Without the car, I would have missed the joy of driving...
This resort is beautiful, modern, well-appointed, with wonderful rooms-all with a perfectly functional kitchenette. The sushi restaurant is delicious. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The location is quiet, somewhat remote, and beautiful
Great location, parking attached. Quick drive into Ponta Delgada, public parking is very inexpensive. Staff was very nice and responsive, easy access to beach. Breakfast is included, generous portions, great breads and fresh fruit. Shower does not drain very well, and the pool is very small. Hot tub is not very full and lukewarm temperature.
Hotel is at great location, near airport, view of sea, near the center, also with all full amenities. Staff great and very helpful and breakfast was excellent too
Excellent experience, overall. The hotel is gorgeous and the ocean views are unbeatable. The property is very well taken care of and the staff were awesome—very friendly and accommodating. Ribeira Grande is a bit remote from Central Ponta Delgada, but everything is far away around the island anyway. A rental car is a must in São Miguel and having a car will make your experience more enjoyable all around.
We enjoyed our stay. The units are spacious and very clean. An open courtyard is available for use. The location is excellent for exploring Ponta Delgado. The garage is a great benefit if you rent a car.
