Beautiful property in a very walkable part of Porto. The breakfast was AMAZING and the staff were so friendly. We did a mother daughter trip and loved being able to sit on the balcony off our room or at the rooftop bar and enjoy some wine and the sunset in the evening.
The staff was exceptionally nice, perfect location. Everything in Porto was a 10-15 minute walk. Quiet at night in our room. The shower has amazing water pressure. Will be back when in Porto.
Hotel Jaguar was a nice new property. The staff was great! Extremely helpful and informative. They offer a city tour which was a really nice touch and a hotel shuttle included in your stay. Would definitely stay here again!
We are very pleased with our stay in this aparto hotel, excellent hospitality and customer service. Spacious studio with a terrace and a very nice city view. They pay attention to details. We came to Porto to celebrate my birthday and the staff sent me a card with my name on it and chocolates! What a beautiful surprise! Thank you for making my day very special!
Property is just like advertised. What they don’t prepare you is for how polite, accommodating and kind is the entire staff especially Paulo at the front desk. What a delightful stay!
I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The hosts were friendly. The hotel itself is super cute and I love how they have plants and art everywhere The rooms and the bathrooms are really nice and comfy. This was also the perfect location to stay at when in Porto. You can walk to the shopping area or check out the wineries down the ribeira. Highly recommending this hotel. The staff were helpful too.
A great relaxing hotel with all the needed services. The spa is relatively small (not for Europe) and provide very good services professionally delivered. The breakfast is very good and excellent service.
The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed, however, be aware of lack of privacy if traveling with friends or family members, the shower is all glass and visible from all angles of the room, the toilet a bit better but not totally private either.

Wonderful stay. Stunning property, fabulous views, food was excellent, boat ride in our the Douro magical. Service could have been better - they were not as attentive as I would have liked to see for a property of this caliber.
The rooms were lovely, staff friendly and helpful. Rafaela made excellent recommendations for dinner and offered to make reservations.

We loved walking everywhere
We arrived during a rare one-day power outage and the staff did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The property was extremely clean and everyone on the staff extremely professional and helpful. Each morning's breakfast was absolutely wonderful and there was port wine and snacks in the lobby in the afternoon. We loved the central location in Porto, but it can be somewhat noisy at night coming from the cafes and restaurants nearby. Overall, I would stay here again...
We like this hotel. It's located outside of the super busy and congested areas of old town, but it's still accessible by Metro (the station is across the street) or a cheap BOLT ride. The streets are FLAT! It's a 20 minute walk to old town with interesting architecture and shops along the way.

Excellent location walk to the Ponte Luis and riverside tabernas. In the quiet part of town with unobstructed view of the Duoro River. Breakfast is superlative.
