"Another lovely stay, the room and hotel in general were immaculate and everything I needed was provided, including a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I had a lovely big bed and a TV which made the stay very comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. The staff were also very kind and professional and kept my luggage for me before I was able to check in and after I had checked out."

This is one of my favourite London hotels. The location is second to none and the service is lovely. Although the rooms are starting to show their age a bit, they’re still lovely. My only gripes (and they’re small) are that they no longer have room toiletries from Bamford and their room service isn’t as good as it once was.
We booked a junior suite for our stay. Hotel management upgraded us to a junior suite with a walk out to the hotel’s private gardens which the room had its own private patio seating within the garden.

I felt very comfortable, safe, and take. care of here as a solo female traveler. I definitely recommend getting the deluxe room and will plan to be staying here again. It helps the food downstairs at the pub is great too!
Wonderful hotel in a convenient location in London but not in the hustle and bustle. We walked to everything but the Tower. Tube station very close. Concierges were outstanding. We had a problem with our room and they went above and beyond to resolve it. If we go back to London, we will stay here.
