What we like about the "Imperial" is the warm welcome we always get, the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff is the best. What we like is that some members of staff have been there for a long time & nothing is too much trouble for them!

"Love this hotel. Location is perfect, can walk down into Bangor or stay in upper banger. Plenty of bars, fast food and restaurants. Staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast is soo good here. Apart from the toaster which takes forever."
