"My family and I have been staying at the Riviera for years. The location of the hotel is fantastic not only because of the beach nearby but also due to a tennis club right across the street, shops nearby, good restaurants etc. Breakfast at the hotel is excellent and the bathrooms in the rooms have been updated. I would suggest reconsidering the terrible hairdryers and the tv rooms and bar which need urgent works."

There are comfortable seating areas throughout. Board games and books are available. Bkfsts were exc! There was something for everyone, incl fresh cheeses and fresh fruit. And the staff at both locations was exceptionally helpful. One even called to ask if I needed help when I went to the pharmacy and "disappeared " for 5 hrs. My room was furnished in "early Ikea", but the atmosphere is clean, warm and friendly, and I would highly recommend this hostel.

A great find with the price we paid! We were not having a high expectation with the price we paid. But we were surprised with what we got. The free parking space is huge even in American standard and I do not have to struggle to back in like in other places. The breakfast are wonderful and included! Our experience at this Vila was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. We were sat at the front desk and given orange juice while we waited to be checked in. The costumer service is amazing and everyone treated us like royalty. We loved this hotel and its location. The rooftop pool deck is great. 1.5 mile walk to Cascais, beautiful beaches right across the street, the train station to go to Lisbon is a 4 minute walk, and an Uber ride to Sintra is just around $20. It really is a great hotel and location.

It is a small boutique hotel with everything fun, elegant and interesting! Very quiet in off season, my room was floor to ceiling glass that opened to a wonderful deck the street activities below but not loud. I wish I could stay here longer, much longer!!

Loved the staff and we stayed in the Jane Lawrence room, a beautiful corner room with great views and a small balcony. The breakfast was fine and we enjoyed the location. Plenty of pretty indoor and outdoor spaces. We especially liked Amanda who was very kind to us!
Exceptionally clean, with accommodating staff. Steps away from the National Palace, and tour bus

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! And the restaurant had incredible food and service. Overall, this place is lacking in nothing. I plan to return again some day.
