"Great hotel with good food and very friendly staff. Nice rooms and nice sauna/swimming pool facilities. The bus towards the slopes stops directly in front of the hotel, so there's no need of taking the car."

"Wow and wow and again wow!! The best hotel I have ever been to. We were with our 2 children and everyone had a great time. A hotel that is simply a paradise for children. We will definitely go back there again! Delicious food especially in the morning and evening, kind and excellent service, a great indoor pool, a playground for all ages, there is always something to do and many attractions near the hotel or within a short drive. We had an extraordinary experience! Highly recommend!"

"Wir waren nur zwei Nächte vor Ort , aber von der Unterkunft begeistert. Die Lage war toll, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Kinder haben das Spielzimmer geliebt (gerade die Möglichkeit für Xbox und PlayStation) und das Schwimmbad war auch sehr schön und vor allem warm. Das nächste Mal bleiben wir gerne länger. "

"We prepaid for room but hotel insisted we had not paid despite showing them proof, even our credit card statement with the charge listed. It took over an hour at checkout to resolve this matter otherwise they would have charged our card for incidentals the entire room price again. Breakfast was terrible. We had to make up the beds for our children ourselves. The resort has many amenities and is walking distance to a tiny Town with a couple restaurants. Beautiful area."

Il frigorifero era staccato, e poi il check-in era alle 16.00 e il check-out alle 9.00. Mai visti orari così a comodità di chi ospita. Abbiamo passato una sola notte in una stanza pulita, semplice, ma non è pratica per passare un periodo più ampio. Difetti principali: una finestra sul terrazzino dell'appartamento accanto, quindi non apribile; e la seconda sulle macchine parcheggiate....

"Very hospitable check-in. The hotel is cozy, comfy, and more than what we expected. Our stay included free breakfast buffet as well as free waterpark tickets for our entire family. The best sleep we had during our entire trip because they have the most comfortable beds. We can't wait to return to the hotel in the winter time. "
