The staff is incredible! I had a very late flight and check in and they waited till midnight to greet us and show us our room. And throughout our 4 day stay, they were extremely friendly, helpful and patient. If i had to nit-pick, the positives greatly outweigh any negative. If you read other reviews you will see comments regarding noise, shower issues and staircases. Pools looked great but we mainly went to the beach.
The breakfast was really great. We are a family with 4 teenagers and there was plenty of choice for everyone : healthy yoghurt, fruits, eggs and omelets etc but also sweet crepes, croissants. Everyone looked forward to breakfast.

The bartenders are amazing!!! Can make any drink you want and very friendly and welcoming, gave us advice on things to do on the island and also gave us advice on what places to eat!! The hotel staff is extremely friendly as well!! Beds are not that comfortable kind of firm but we still slept well. Hotel is extremely close to the beach and they have their own area reserved for you to sunbathe. Close to a lot of amazing restaurants within walking distance.
Port Royal is a stunning, modern hotel with fantastic pools and a beautiful beach. It never felt crowded, making for a truly relaxing atmosphere.
