Hotels in La Granja

Food was excellent, staff very friendly, great room

We had a wonderful time in Santiago, partially due to our accommodations. The location is most convenient to attractions as well as the metro should you want to navigate the city. The homemade breads each morning were scrumptious and the overall selection was extensive. The beds were comfy and the rooms were stylish. The staff speaks English which was a huge help when planning the days activities. I highly recommend this boutique hotel!!

Hotel Bonaparte is my home away from home. The front desk reception personnel are so friendly, professional and courteous. Same goes to the personnel in restaurant, bar and housekeeping. Hotel is clean, comfortable and food is amazing. Beautiful neighborhood and walk into Providencia shopping. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Some of staff was bilingual, and ready to assist us at all times during the day and night. The other staff such as security guards were attentive and also ready to assist with whatever was needed. The room very clean, the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast very good and we ate dinner in the restaurant one night. It was delicious and the staff was also very kind and attentive. This hotel was very convenient to shopping, the subway and the bus station. Highly recommend.

The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to please. Using Uber is fast, clean, and cheap for all excursions. The Concierge team arranged any activity and we so very helpful. Most questions and requests could be asked and replied via what’s app- which helped a lot without Spanish translations. We came for the 2023 Pan AM Games to support our athlete daughter and the whole staff cheered us on! They even surprised us with a late night treat of balloons, a framed photo of her, and...

East end of Santiago. Easy walk to park and shopping. Great staff. Nice hotel restaurant. Subway line across the street.

Excellent breakfast!!! Easy walk to attraction in mins. Friendly staff.

Hyatt Santiago Vitacura is a great hotel- the room was very spacious and had amazing views of Los Andes. The staff was very friendly and responded to many of our questions providing recommendations about the area and clarifying any questions we had.The hotel is in a great area (safe and modern). We used Uber for transportation and worked well

The hotel was and the staff was very helpful. We had a ride to the airport booked with the desk but when it wasn't on time, the staff wanted to book us with their own costlier ride. They claimed not to know what the ride - Viptour- was. Glad the ride showed up 20 min late. and we didn't rebook with the hotel for twice+ the cost. Because the hotel was so far from city central we learned to take the Metro (easy) but we were always 1st loaded on to city tours with Touristour and had a long ride to...

An excellent hotel—great value for money. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beautiful place clean rooms very nice

Love the new addition of the game room next to the pool. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We were efficiently helped with dinner reservations and changes to our ski excursion. We also love the extras - a bottle of wine and a sandwich this time, but it’s litterally the luck of your draw. Last time we received free buffet breakfast and wine. A great place to stay. And well-locates just next to a shopping mall

Muy bueno!!

Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and catered to your needs. Great location and walking distance to a lot restaurants, metro and shopping.

Warm Chilian hospitality-balked at welcoming us after all nighting into Santiago from Miami-but "rushed " our room ready within two hours of arrival. Great location-walking to everywhere important except one restaurant a must- La Mer -a cab ride away. Great rooms-super bathrooms-ice delivery a little slow but "it gets there !! I repeated my stay on the way home-they deserved it !

The location of the hotel is close to all kind of restaurants, the Costanera Center and a metro station.
