It is a nice clean room, staff is friendly, and right next to the train station. I had to take the 4.50 airport train to the airport and it was perfect.
Hard to find it on the beginning, I wrote an email to ask the best way to get there, since my flight was very late, didn’t get an answer, you should help better with directions before someone gets there, everything else was perfect
Everything was great during my stay but 2 things that exceeded my expectations were the breakfast and the gym facility. The breakfast was one of the best ive ever had in a hotel and the gym had every equipment you can think of. Only thing that i would like to see next time is a SMILE on the receptionists face.

The location of this hotel is AWESOME!! You can walk to so much!! And the Oslo Pass (museum fees and pubic transportation are covered) is the way to go for getting everywhere else and there is a stop a short 2 blocks away. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Front desk person Magnus (the Magnificent) was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. From finding a screwdriver to use to recommending ways to book activities, he was the brightest spot among many bright spots. The hotel was incredibly well appointed and grand in appearance. The breakfast spread was fantastic.
I think this was one of my favorite hotels from the last few years. The location was right near the train station and the opera house. (although don’t follow the maps on an iPhone, it brought us down a back alley.) The rooms were nice and clean, and they even upgraded us and left flowers for me! The staff went above and beyond, without getting in our way. But the best selling point of this hotel was completely absolutely all of the food, breakfast could have fed us for the entire day alone, but...
The location can’t be beat. The hotel is literally attached to the Central train station and walking distance everywhere you might want to go in Oslo. And if you want to go farther, the local tramways are right in front of the train station.
