"We stayed at the top floor, penthouse suite. Amazing view with lots of space to spread our wings. A/C worked well and were quiet units.
The space was very clean.
We had a late fly in and missed our rental car reservation. Chancelle was very accommodating and connected us with taxis and also helped us out with another issue. Communication was very easy as well. I would recommend staying here."

"Rooms are kept clean, all the staff are excellent at this hotel, polite, freindly. Always with a big smile. The bar had great choices and the cocktails made perfectly at all bars.
Our only negative comment is that we would have liked Caribbean food being in the Caribbean. Apart from that we love this hotel having been 3 times.
Please cook Caribbean food.
