"Cant say enough of good words about the staff. Starting with the front desk check in- Jean Carlos was very helpful and patient with explaining everything and making sure to answer all questions; our butler - Felix was amazing; always smiling and helpful and respectful with a solution to everything; the room - it was clean and organized and our housekeeping- Odania was very sweet and always there for anything; the staff at the preferred area were soo amazing; always cheerful and such good vibes, serving with a genuine happy smile- from Vicente to Argenis, Rosa, Ariel, all of them did such a great job; then comes the entertainment team always there to put a smile in your face and making the environment so much fun! “Negra Perla” ; “Jackson Flow” , “Bad girl”, “My Baby” - such fun nicknames btw; all were doing a great job! From entertaining the whole day to the great shows every night! The whole resort was well kept and nice to be in! But i put 10/10 to the whole staff! I would return just for them!"

"El hotel tiene mucho potencial y, en general, nuestra experiencia tuvo aspectos positivos. La comida fue uno de los puntos fuertes, especialmente el buffet, que tenía mucha variedad y buenas opciones. El servicio en general estuvo bien, aunque algunos miembros del personal mostraron una actitud poco amable. Sin embargo, hubo varios aspectos que afectaron nuestra estadía. Como el hotel aún no está completamente terminado, todavía hay áreas en construcción y en algunas zonas se percibía bastante olor a cemento. También tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones, ya que no enfriaba lo suficiente. En una de las habitaciones incluso se abrió inesperadamente un compartimento del techo donde se encuentra el aire acondicionado. En cuanto a las bebidas, consideramos que podrían mejorar bastante. Algunas opciones de licor, especialmente los tequilas disponibles, eran de baja calidad. Lo más preocupante fueron los problemas de seguridad con nuestras pertenencias. A una de mis amigas le faltó dinero de su habitación y a otra le desapareció un speaker. Esto definitivamente afectó nuestra percepción de seguridad durante la estadía. En general, la comida y gran parte del servicio fueron buenos, pero considero que el hotel todavía tiene varios aspectos importantes que mejorar, especialmente terminar las áreas que siguen en construcción, mejorar el aire acondicionado, la calidad de las bebidas y, sobre todo, la seguridad de las pertenencias de los huéspedes."
