"J'ai mis la cote la plus basse pour l'accueil et le personnel parce que nous n'avons vu aucun membre du personnel. Nous sommes arrivés vers 8h30 et il n'y avait personne au comptoir. On a fini par apprendre d'un monsieur dans le lobby que notre clé se trouvait probablement dans une boîte dehors près du petit kiosque. en effet nos clefs de chambre étaient là à la portée de tous. Quelqu'un aurait pu prendre notre clé de chambre, entrer dans notre chambre et faire comme si c'était nous-mêmes. Au départ le matin - vers les 7h15, aucun membre du personnel au comptoir. Ils débutent à 8h00!!! On ne savait pas quoi faire pour payer notre chambre,, etc. Jamais vu un système semblable, un hôtel qui opère de cette façon. Tout était Ok par rapport à la chambre - quelle belle grande chambre! - mais aucun accueil et ça mérite un zéro."

"Bien en commençant on etait supposé avoir un suite je crois pas que c’était une suite mais correct pour notre séjour la seule affaire que j’ai pas aimé on a fait 6 heures d’auto on a arrivé à 2:30pm mais a pas voulu nous donner la permission d’entrer dans la chambre parce qu’il n’était pas 3:00 pm a nous a suggéré de payer 5.00$pour entrer toute suite aucun auto dans le stationnement j’ai été très surpris on a attendu jusqu’à 3:00 pm pour avoir la clé pense pas y retourner Merci😉"
