So far all good and I would book again. The room has a good sound Isolation so no airport noise was recognizable.

Perfect stay in Berlin. Staff are so friendly and helpful, property in a great spot. So nice to have a kitchen and I thoroughly enjoyed my balcony on the river!

A wonderfully comfortable, crisp and contemporary hotel—easily accessible to everything in Berlin by virtue of its location near the main train station….also via a pleasant walk along the banks of the Spree River into the heart of Mitte. Value, style, and practicality make this hotel a new favorite for me.

Great staff and location…

Excellent breakfast buffet and dining area. Convenient water station on every floor, and 24-hour gym. No way to change or turn down the funky gym music, and you can smell the bacon from the kitchen if you go to the gym in the early AM lol. But still a great stay and will rebook if visiting again.

New hotel, not big,not small, walkable distance or short taxi ride to attractions, nice restaurants nearby, nice rooms, front desk staff is what makes this hotel work, will help you out with directions, order taxis, ordering tours,etc Can't really say anything negative about it.

I liked the location across the street from a section of the Berlin Wall and adjacent to the Mercedes-Benz Arena. Local restaurants were excellent and there is a mall within walking distance. Several Hop-on and Hop-off busses were also close. Well placed! the staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about things to do in the area.

AMAZING! This is a 5 star boutique hotel masquerading as a 4 star hotel. This was our first trip to Berlin from NYC for 4 days. The hotel is located in the transitional, hip gay friendly Kreuzberg neighborhood. It felt chill and relaxed away from the tourist hoards in Mitte. The hotel staff was without exception relaxed, anticipatory, and polished - not formal and robotic like many chain hotels. We felt pampered like guests at a friend's weekend home. Room was modern and clean, would happily stay here again. But could not get heat to turn down using system dial, had to turn off system completely and open window in order to not be covered in sweat. I stayed during cold temps, 2-6 celsius. The bar/lounge on the 10th floor is nice, had a dinner and drink there one evening. Location itself is good for walking to many restaurants and a couple parks. I was here for work and it was good for my needs.

The hotel is only a short walk from 2 subway stations, so getting around in Berlin is really not a problem. Situated in a quiet little street. Staff very helpful. Huge rooms compared to other hotels and equipped with all you might need at your stay. Overlooking a little garden and some greenery you've found your secret spot to relax and unwind in the middle of a always busy city.
