Noticing they were upset, one staff member stepped in, arranged a late checkout, and personally delivered cookies and milk to our room. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but I am deeply grateful for his kindness - he truly made our visit extra special."

"What a cozy place to stay! We felt at home. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was kept clean. It is great for families like us! The room was warm and cozy, clean and the layout is great. The hotel offers breakfast but we never tried. They also have a hot beverage station which was a huge hot, especially hot chocolate before heading out for winter fun activities! Parking was very convenient. Never tried the pool, but we saw a lot of people go to enjoy. We will definitely be back!"
